Nexus are a results-oriented, hands-on, off-site construction team with a proven record of accomplishment in construction from site-based management to volumetric modular manufacturing.
Between us, we have extensive experience in the management of a broad range of completed projects in the traditional and more predominately off-site developments.
Experience and Leadership
With construction experience in Ireland, New Zealand, the UK, China and the Middle East there is a great deal of knowledge gained and nurtured in module manufacturing along with extensive conventional construction knowledge.
There are not many in the industry who have managed traditional sites but also built volumetric facilities, set up and managed the assembly operations with some site installation achievements also, so while it has not been without challenges the rewards far exceeded them and it set the stage for the foundations and competence to excel with establishing Nexus as a sustainable off-site construction team.
Shaun Cronin – Director
Shaun will be responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the business which has come from vast experience at senior management level within lean manufacturing/OSC environments. Shaun has led large manufacturing teams across multiple sites as well as other lead operational and commercial roles throughout his professional career.
Shaun brings skills to all key areas of Nexus, including supply chain, procurement, design, quality, compliance and technology. Shaun has a strong technical and operational knowledge of the product and process, aligned with strong commercial, marketing and business development acumen which will drive growth within the business to meet Nexus commercial objectives.
